Refund Policy

Our commitment: We stand behind every order. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right — through a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-Delivered Orders
If your boosts are not delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery at your choice. Contact us with your order ID and we will resolve it immediately.
Delivered Orders — No Refunds
Due to the digital and instantly consumed nature of Discord boosts, we do not offer refunds once boosts have been successfully applied to your server. Please ensure the server invite link you provide is correct before completing your purchase.
Replacement Guarantee
If a boost drops before its natural 30-day expiry, it is covered under our replacement guarantee — not our refund policy. We will replace dropped boosts at no charge within 24 hours of your report. This is our primary remedy for boost issues.
Wrong Server / User Error
If boosts were applied to the wrong server due to an error on your part (e.g., wrong invite link provided), we are unable to offer a refund. However, we may be able to assist with a re-application at a discounted rate — contact support.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us immediately (within 1 hour of purchase). We can issue a refund for the duplicate if it has not yet been delivered.
Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from our services. We take fraud seriously and will provide full documentation to payment processors for any illegitimate disputes. Please contact us first — we genuinely want to help.
How to Request Support
To request a refund or replacement, join our Discord server and open a support ticket, or email us at support@boostplug.com with your order ID. We respond within 2 hours on average.
