1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Boost Plug ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
Boost Plug provides Discord server boost services. We facilitate the application of Discord Nitro boosts to your specified server. All boosts are provided by real Discord accounts with active Nitro subscriptions. Boosts are typically delivered within 1–5 minutes after purchase confirmation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our services, in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through SellAuth. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices shown at the time of purchase are binding for that transaction. All sales are final unless covered by our replacement guarantee.
5. Delivery
After your purchase is confirmed, you will be prompted to provide a Discord server invite link. Boosts will be delivered to the specified server within 1–5 minutes in most cases. Delivery times may vary due to high demand or technical circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect server links or server settings that prevent joining.
6. Boost Guarantee & Replacements
We guarantee all boosts for their natural 30-day boost period. If a boost drops before the 30-day period expires, contact us and we will issue a replacement at no additional charge. Replacements are handled within 24 hours of the report. This guarantee does not apply if the server is deleted, the boost is manually removed by the customer, or if Discord makes platform-level changes that affect boosts globally.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once boosts have been delivered. If your order was not delivered within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery at your choice. See our Refund Policy page for full details.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service. You may not resell our services without prior written consent. You may not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or abuse our systems. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your order without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Boost Plug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Discord boost functionality is ultimately controlled by Discord Inc., and we make no representations about the long-term availability of boost features.
11. Discord Affiliation Disclaimer
Boost Plug is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Discord Inc. in any way. All Discord trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Discord Inc.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
